Please get in touch with us before ordering if you have any concerns or product questions. It is your responsibility to understand your own health and proper use of the natural ingredients in our products. Due to health regulations and concerns, we are unable to accept returns. This assures all of our customers that products are shipped fresh and unopened when they leave this facility.
If there is a problem or mistake with your order, please let us know within seven (7) days of delivery of your order. We will resolve the issue promptly. For obvious health reasons, we can't accept returns of our products. We want everyone to know they are receiving a freshly made product that hasn't left our control until it is shipped to them. This is for everyone's safety and health.
We are not responsible for lost, misdirected, or unaccepted packages. We are not responsible if you enter the wrong address. We can't retrieve or return orders once they have left our facility. Please double-check your information before completing your order.
If we have made an error on the order you placed from our website, we will gladly pay for re-shipment. A photo of what you received is required. All errors arising from miscommunication on verbal orders will be the customer's sole responsibility. Please submit orders directly from the website whenever possible. Provide your order number along with any correspondence for faster service.
